Saudi Experience Certificate Maker — Arabic Service Certificates

Saudi employees need a service certificate when transferring sponsorship, applying to a new employer, registering with a professional body or attesting documents abroad. DocMak issues an Arabic-first certificate with an optional English version on the same letterhead.

Opens the DocMak experience letter editor with Saudi employer fields preset.

  • Arabic-first wording with optional English translation
  • Commercial registration number and unified national number on letterhead
  • Iqama or national ID, job title and department
  • Exact service period with Gregorian and Hijri dates
  • Authorised signatory block and company stamp

What Saudi employers should include

A service certificate states facts about employment and should not include performance opinions, which can complicate a labour claim. Saudi HR practice is to keep the language neutral, state the reason for leaving only if the employee asks, and confirm the profession exactly as recorded on the work permit.

  • Employer legal name, commercial registration number and address
  • Employee full name as per Iqama or national ID
  • Profession or job title as registered with the labour authorities
  • Date of joining and date of leaving, Gregorian and Hijri
  • Total duration of service
  • Authorised signatory name, title, signature and company stamp

Attestation and use abroad

For use outside Saudi Arabia the certificate is usually attested by the chamber of commerce, then the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, then the destination embassy. Each step requires an original stamped letterhead document — DocMak keeps letterhead, stamp area and signature block in the export.
