Delete your DocMak account
You can permanently delete your DocMak account and the data stored with it at any time, from the website or from the DocMak app for Android and iOS. DocMak is operated by Kemiserve FZE, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
1. Delete it yourself
- Sign in on docmak.com or in the DocMak app.
- Open Settings.
- In the Delete account section, tap Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. This can't be undone.
2. Can't sign in?
Email support@docmak.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject “Account deletion request”. We may ask you to confirm the request before we delete the account, and we'll email you once it's done.
3. What is deleted
- Your account, sign-in details and profile
- Your saved documents, company profile, customers and suppliers
- Workspaces you own, and the documents and members in them
- Your plan and usage records
4. What may be kept
- Documents you created in another company's workspace belong to that company and pass to its owner. Other references to you there (such as comments or review history) are kept without your account attached.
- Records we are required to keep by law, such as payment and invoice records, for the period the law requires.

5. Paid plans
If you have an active paid plan, cancel it first by contacting us, then delete your account. Deleting the account doesn't cancel billing on its own.
