Creators receive 80% of every paid template sale. Earnings are tracked in your Creator Dashboard and paid out monthly to your registered bank account or preferred payout method.
When are payouts processed?+
Payouts are processed on the first business week of each month for all cleared sales from the previous month, provided the minimum threshold has been reached.
Can I upload multiple templates?+
Yes — creators can upload unlimited original templates across any of the available categories on DocMak.
Can I edit my templates after publishing?+
Yes. You can update template files, previews and descriptions at any time from your Creator Dashboard. Major changes go through a light re-review before going live.
Can I delete my templates?+
Yes. You retain full control and can unpublish or delete any of your templates at any time.
How long does approval take?+
Manual review usually takes 2–5 business days. You'll receive an email once your template is approved or if any changes are requested.
Who owns the copyright?+
You retain the copyright to your original designs. By publishing on DocMak you grant us a licence to distribute and sell the template on the platform.
What file formats are accepted?+
We accept templates built in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Figma, Canva (Pro) and Microsoft Word. Final delivery must include editable source files and a print-ready export.
