Terms of Use

DocMak provides online tools and templates that help businesses, freelancers, consultants and professionals create business documents such as invoices, quotations, company profiles, agreements and HR documents, and to save, download and share them.

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind any business on whose behalf you use the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to create fraudulent, misleading or defamatory documents.
• Upload or share content that infringes intellectual property rights, contains malware, or violates privacy or confidentiality obligations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts or our systems.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the Service, or resell access without our written consent.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.

You retain ownership of the documents and data you create or upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit that content solely to provide the Service (for example, generating a PDF or delivering a secure share link you send). You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and use of the documents you create and share.

DocMak templates and generated documents are provided for general business use. We are not a law firm, accounting firm or typing centre, and the Service does not constitute legal, tax or professional advice. Laws and government requirements (including UAE and GCC rules such as VAT invoicing and e-invoicing) change over time — you are responsible for confirming that a document meets the requirements that apply to your situation and for obtaining professional advice where needed.

The Service, including its design, software, templates, branding and content (excluding your content), is owned by or licensed to Kemiserve FZE and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these terms.

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing cycles and included features are shown on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed by our payment provider; refunds are handled according to the refund terms presented at purchase. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

When you send a document through DocMak, you are responsible for having the right to share it with the recipient and for the permissions you grant (view, fill, sign, stamp). Secure share links should be treated as confidential; anyone with a link may be able to access the document according to its permissions.

Templates offered by third-party creators through the DocMak marketplace are the responsibility of their creators. We may review, suspend or remove marketplace content that violates these terms or applicable law.

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, maintenance or changes to the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kemiserve FZE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kemiserve FZE from claims, damages and expenses arising out of your content, your misuse of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, fraud, or risk to the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time and will post the revised version with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions: support@docmak.com.
