Company name, trade licence, TRN, address and logo — the NOC must be on official letterhead to be accepted by RTA, banks or embassies.

Use "To Whom It May Concern" for open use, or address it to a specific embassy, bank or RTA branch.

What is a No Objection Certificate (NOC) in the UAE?+
A NOC is a letter from an employer or sponsor confirming they have no objection to an employee undertaking a specific activity — most commonly applying for a visit visa, driving licence, bank account, second job or travel. Embassies, RTA, banks and consulates all ask for one on company letterhead.
Is an employer NOC mandatory for a UAE driving licence?+
Yes — RTA requires an NOC from the sponsor confirming the applicant is employed and there is no objection to them holding a UAE driving licence, unless the applicant is on their own investor / partner visa.
Does the NOC need Arabic translation?+
For visa and embassy purposes an English NOC on company letterhead is usually accepted. For MOHRE, courts and some GCC embassies, a bilingual (Arabic/English) NOC is safer.
Who signs the NOC?+
