Send a professional quotation online, free
A quotation is a formal offer. It tells a prospective customer what you will supply, at what price, on what terms, and for how long that price holds. Unlike an invoice it demands nothing — it invites a decision. That is why the details that win business are the ones buyers compare: a clear scope per line, an honest discount, the tax treatment, the validity period, and what happens after acceptance.
This quotation maker lays all of that out for you. Add your company and logo, the customer and the contact person handling the decision, then build the offer line by line with quantity, unit price, discount percentage and tax rate. The totals recalculate live, the quotation number and date are pre-filled, and the validity date defaults to a fortnight ahead — the usual window for service quotes in the region. Payment terms, delivery timelines and notes sit in their own block so nothing is left to a verbal promise.
When the customer says yes, the same figures carry through to the next document. Convert the accepted quote into a tax invoice, or issue a proforma invoice first if the buyer needs a document to release payment or open a letter of credit. VAT is handled per line, so quotes for UAE, Saudi, Omani or Bahraini customers show tax the way each buyer expects to see it.

Frequently asked questions
How is a quotation different from an invoice?+
A quotation is a formal price offer valid for a set period (typically 7–30 days). It commits you to the price but doesn't demand payment. An invoice is issued after the client accepts and requests payment. DocMak lets you convert a quotation into an invoice with one click.
Should I include VAT on a GCC quotation?+
Yes, if you're VAT-registered in the UAE (5%), Saudi Arabia (15%), Oman (5%) or Bahrain (10%) the quotation should show VAT separately so the client sees the final total. Qatar and Kuwait quotations are issued with 0% VAT by default.
Can I add my logo and brand colours?+
Yes. Upload your logo (PNG, JPG, SVG or WebP, up to 2MB) and it appears on the PDF header. Your saved company profile — name, address, TRN, phone, email — is reused on every future quotation.
How do I send the quotation to a customer?+
Download a clean A4 PDF, print it, or send it directly via WhatsApp or email straight from the quotation maker. Both options pre-fill the customer's name, quote number and total.
How long should a quotation be valid for?+
14 days is the GCC norm for services; 7–30 days for goods depending on price volatility. DocMak sets 14 days by default and you can edit the expiry date at any time.
Is the quotation maker free?+
Yes. Create up to 100 quotations every 30 days for free with no signup. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited quotations, saved history and one-click convert-to-invoice.
